I may be wrong on this but the customers will advertise via informing their customers how to use the service which saves the customer money if they have a lot of 1 800 callers. It behoves them to inform their customers. If and I say if every brokerage sends out a statement either via mail or electronically they include how to call the GO800 to contact them, that is one hell of a lot of advertising in my opinion.
Let me ask you how would GO800 advertise it and not just say it is a better and cheaper service? They right now need to conserve all the cash they have and will get for quite a while and make every improvement they can on the system. Like one poster posted that hopefully it will connect you to a business in your area code, or zip code and if thats the wrong store they can figure out how to make it the right store the first call. I haven't figured that one out myself, but thats why I am typing and not owning the system. Lots of room to improve and it takes money and advertising money I would not think is what they need right now. They will have a lot of people trying to convince business to utilize the service, and the baby has to crawl before it can walk. This baby has just been born.
