i read that by Saville awhile back. And on review i have to say he is not correct in this instance. The volatility we have been having is significantly greater than in the past he refers to. Yes bear markets are volatile, but we are shattering records in regards to volatility,imo.
Two.PPT is not even a conspiracy theory in that legislation was passed after the 1987 crash that established such a unit,but it wasn't called PPT,and that unit was given sweeping powers to do what ever interventions needed to hold up financial markets when deemed neccessary.
