I can see that (and go back and read them to). What he/she don't get though, is that companies are doing RS split to stay in listing compliance (see ANX news today) and not rushing to BK They will try to get the money at any cost and if they can't sign a partner they will do a RS with another placement (at lower price than the last one). I'm just looking at the market reaction to the news, the market was looking for a partner and there was none. If you think ENMD is "Playing" with the market and hiding good news, you welcome. I was in this game for too long and in this case it's not about the science (which is good).
