Compost- AGDX may be on to something...... I think they are possibly sitting on some lowball offers. Thats why Tarnow has such confidence about bringing the price up. Maybe the offers are...say... $2.50 per share.....Perhaps Tarnow thinks he can get $5 or $10 with more conclusive trial results.
The high volume share days may be those involved in such a transaction, trying to get an upper hand. They would know the shares will be worth at least $2.50, whether it's them buying Entremed or not.
Of course, I could be all wrong. Or, trial results could be disappointing and all offers pulled from the table. I think we find out in 60 days one way or another.
