Zeev, often times the market "projects" the burn rate of a stock and prices it into the stock.

The cash on hand number we can access is usually a couple of months old, so to find the floor at cash the burn needs to be projected forward. That often time explains the stocks trading below cash. If there are no earnings or prospects for earnings, you really can only value the company at cash plus assets at liquidation value.
