I drag out one of the best posts i have ever read regards Primary Bear markets, i view this as a classic summation on this matter.
It is Fleckenstein with Richard Russell's permission quoting freely from Russell on why people must grasp what a primary trend Bear Market means, as it changes the rules in various ways.
