From their website as well:

"In order to be in full compliance with the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, Section 17(b), PSP discloses all compensation it receives at the bottom of its newsletter or profile company pages."

They take shares to pump stocks like all of these sites, then pawn the pumping news onto suckers while they cash in on your money!
