Jerome R. Mahoney Mr. Mahoney is iGreen Innovations's NonExecutive Chairman of the Board. He has been the President/CEO of iVoice since May 21, 1999. Mr. Mahoney is also the Non Executive Chairman of the Board of Trey Resources, Inc. and has been a director of Trey Resources since January 1, 2002; Mr. Mahoney is also the Non Executive Chairman of the Board of MM2 Group. Mr. Mahoney started at Executone Information Systems, a telephone systems manufacturer, and was Director of National Accounts from 1988 to 1989. In 1989, Mr. Mahoney founded Voice Express, Inc., a New York company that sold voicemail systems and telephone system service contracts and installed these systems. Mr. Mahoney sold Voice Express Systems in 1993. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Mahoney was President of IVS Corp., and on December 17, 1997, he established iVoice Inc., which merged on May 21, 1999 with Visual Telephone. Mr. Mahoney received a BA in finance and marketing.
Ken Glynn Mr. Glynn, Esq. was previously an Engineer Trainee for Arthur D. Little Consulting. He also held positions as Division Patent Counsel-Olin Corporation and as Senior Patent Attorney and New Business Advisor for Exxon Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of six corporations.
