Why the concern? This is a concern for PCSO stockholders not RELM. As I read, Randall took over PCSO which was previously a scam run by the previous regime and liquidated/used as collateral PCSO shares (which was basically a shell company) so RELM could close on acquisition of AVI (already closed a good long time ago). Ingenious for RELM investors in my opinion, that's why there's real value here and a good revenue stream.
