Really, and who would be stupid enough to ignore what needs to be done while operations are underway. Or could possibly be ignorant to.
Remember, these departments have to justify their existence. And the timing is just awful with the extra scrutiny from the Massey disaster that will be put on the industry as a whole. When that stuff happens just like an E-coli break out. Every U.S.D.A. employee is nitpicking every little detail. And every person from Washington D.C.on down start actually doing their job.
