Coppercamel, I respectfully request you share with us how you know these issues exist.

I’m up to date on the DOGM site which documents all inspections done at the site. In the past I’ve spoken to the Utah Department of Environmental Quality (contacted 4 Divisions by phone/email) about such claims that CPRK is contaminating the water or dumping “toxic tailings” and found ABSOLUTELY nothing.

Now, if you’re saying there is new evidence to support your post please share the info, data, link, etc. and I’ll gladly contact the Utah DEQ and either 1) tell them about this (if they don’t already know) and/or 2) get their reports detailing this issue to share with the board.
