the economy is slowing and both manufacturing and retail jobs are contracting

With this as a fact, I keep looking at S&P chart and still seeing up a good 10 pts below 905 gap and wondering how much extra added liquidity will be needed to be pumped by FED to goose market boosting stock prices to boost consumer confidence which increases spending and so on and so on.
