So explain to me how a going concern warning is an "action taken... with the intention of growth and prosperity for Stratton Holdings, Inc."

I would agree to the first part, though. They are not going anywhere at the moment. ESR needs to get some income producing business - at littke to no cost for the firm. That's a tough thing to do in the real world. A good start would be to get this accounts receivable cleared that's been hanging there forever. It would be nice to know where that position is coming from (candlelight deal?) and whether it is still in the works or needs to be written off eventually...
