If he's not sending a message, then why do you think he's doing it? because he didn't know he would dilute more? that doesn't make sense.

what else could it be aside from instilling confidence in his stock/company/stock holders and wanting in at low prices?


if he got in at rock bottom, everyone would be calling for his neck, i'd imagine....
