I agree banish, that with time, ingenuity, hard work and some good leadership that there is no doubt this company can pull this whole deal off.
But they are out of cash!!! There's no money in the till. The coffers are empty.
I don't believe that with dilution alone that they are going to be able to generate enough captial to continue moving forward. I don't see whole in their right mind under these circumstances who would finance this operation.
