Your target on ULBI might turn out to be too modest. They are waiting to hear how much of a multi-year DOD procurement they will get. They mentioned a couple of months ago they expected the contract to be announced before Christmas. That may not be the case, but news of the contract should propel the stock well above $15. Also, I see ULBI as a good candidate for a January effect move.
