There is no reason GZFX would increase the auth to 2B if it didn't intend to issue shares beyond 900MM. Can you think of a reason??? Your shares will be diluted heavily to raise a small amount of capital... and given GZFX's track record, that small amount of capital will do nothing to help you guys. It might pay management's salaries ("consultants") for a few more months.
