I believe it was due to a misunderstanding that Mms had 3 days to cover thier open short positions. Reg SHO states 13 days else the issue goest on the Reg SHO list for NSS open positions.

Again, here its worth mentioning that MMs started shorting this in earnest when it began to break over .001 Just ask Shrude.

So that should tell ya something.
