Um, wild guess, looks like somebody is trying to accumlate it and there is no volume. Only 14,000 shares traded and how many of those were at the close. The only way to make any money on it would be to try to pick up a few hundred shares and hope to get in on the buy (your selling) at the end of the day. Probably you would find that even if you had a sell order in and it spiked up, that some how your order didn't get executed. Just a guess.
