You simply can't build a business with negative working capital, a full load of debt, and virtually no sales on the books, let alone income. Been saying it since the day the financials came out...

On another note, I do wonder what made ESR issue these information at this point in time? It's killing all the momentum that he carefully tried to setup with the positive spin on MF developments in last PR. I wonder if there are any requirements set by Finra that govern when to issue a going concern warning, i.e. has there been any margin not met, bills not paid or similar? Anyone?
