chi2= markets were in neutral today as testified>> by the double Alerts which were given on close tonight (see replied to msg).

as posted yesterday, i expect the next major moves to be on the Up side. Now that we had Two passive days, Expect action tomorrow. Particularily with INTC and CSX action.
