I try to talk to all of them from time to time. They're pretty tight-lipped, but you just can't hide everything. The audits are one of those things, and I'm sure I didn't sign a ND agreement....... and at least one contract was disclosed by the other party.
It's pretty frustrating to watch pump & dumps with questionable businesses, no revenue, billions of shares o/s, and no income trading at fifty cents, when you have a profitable company, with most revenue in the recurring column, low o/s, trading at a penny, and with no interest because the guys refuse put out news (which in itself might be an SEC infraction).
