Nice info.

I should have said Pink Sheets has ZERO to do with Finra or SEC.

Its a for profit company that charges fees to post info.

Being early, late, or never on Pink Sheets might or might not affect investor sentimemt, but is has nothing to do with the filings necessary to uplist.
