With all respect for Mr.Zwicker I am not sure if there is a 6 month grace period. I think Jim Bishop has clarified that several times. As far as cast in stone dates .. Yes I believe the rules and dates are clear. And the days of grace. You can't delay for reasons of business confidentiality. That is not an acceptable reason. It is nice to note that Mr.Zwicker is now in the game fielding Investor queries along with the C E O.
