A. You dont buy the ADCS shell just for the shell...not when you can buy any shell you want on the market with a whole lot less baggage then what ADCS has.

You do when the principals of ADCS are Ft.Wayne people, just like MIKP, otherwise you may broker a shell from a dealer.

B. Just becasue the first PR(NR as some would call them) states one thing, we have all seen conditions of a purchase change many times before a final deal is struck

It is a categorical claim that MIKP is not interested in any assets apparent, nor any of the asset's staggering liabilities. PR=Press release, I didn't notice this mentioned in a newspaper. NR=News release.

C. Mark states in his email to me that they may or may not puchase the VStarr site to go along with the deal. I say they will, since it ties in with the entertainment theme of Mike the Pike.

Private e-mails aren't statements, they're pandering communiques. See the NR for the statements. You didn't present your e-mail asking the question(s) for some strange reason, so that's a fail regardless

D. Stock is trading extreamly wierd these past three days...buys put in at the ASK going for less then the ASK or at the BID...not one purchase by any of the folks I have spoken to and who are buying this at the ASK have been filled at the ASK.

Pinsheet stocks are indeterminate about buys vs. sells, and LII will not give you the answer. Only a LIII market maker station can accomplish this task, or a NOBO list.

E. There are by indications on the Board Marks more eyes on the outside looking in and will pounce when news comes.

F. April 6 PR indicates this deal will be done quickly, and I think it will be this week.

If it's not done, will you stop posting here, and I'll do the same if it is 'done' as you claim?
