I doubt INTC will get to 17.20, perhaps not even close. The news is still negative, and all you are seeing is short covering plus a bit of bargain hunting. When asked, they will probably say that ASP's and margins are below plan, and that is the the other side of the coin that determines earnings. Almost certainly they will remind everyone that September will be crucial for them making their numbers, and personally I expect them to come in at the very low end of revenues, with possibly a miss on earnings - September will not be good and I look for Q4 to be poor also.

Lots of warnings and lower guidance yet to come.
