It wont do any good. First off on what basis are you filing a suit?
You cant file a suit because the 2 idiots cant run a company. Also how are you going to prove anything they run the company they control the company they dont give a rats a%$ about shareholders. The only thing they care about is 130k a year. and with 1 million dollars a year forever they can fund ,reverse fund reverse. It will stay the course of funding their life style ..JMO
