I just spoke to Ms Willougby, can't say that I was very pacified. She did not sound surprised that nobody knew the A/S were increased by 600 million, blamed it on the "low PPS" so they had to raise to complete the equity financing.

The seller is the company that CNEX has gotten the financing through, not CNEX according to her. This makes VERY little sense to me. Maybe I misunderstood, but why not just sell the shares themselves???

She promised to pass on our concerns to the management team, however far that will go. She also said that she finds out about PRs on the day they are to be released so has no idea when they will issue one.
