My take on how it's trading.

Educational:

When a company does a forward split, the split shares
eventually get entered into the market. That is, the
O/S shares.

When this transition happens, it triggers huge pressure
on the price of the stock...similar to an S-8 when the
shares hit the market.

Remember, newbies...Reverse Split=Less Shares; Forward
Split=More Shares.

Case in point:

GNET has been noted as a key seller on stock. We have
seen his presence on EZTO the last couple days. But, it
does seem like he is running out of shares.

There is a big resistance at .05 currently, however, like
an S-8 play...we should see this change soon. We know how
S-8 plays can rise 100% or more in many cases.

If you look at the bid currently, this is the best the bid
has looked over the last week...we actually have 4 MM's on
the bid at .04 or better.

Since Friday, from its low of .034 on the bid, the bid price
has improved over a penny now...Nite at .045

As I mentioned above, the F/S shares from the 6:1 F/S are
thinning...if you're looking for an entry...it is nearing
it's time.

That's why I bought back in....plus, another take...the news
even gets better and stronger.

This won't be under a nickle that much longer.
