Only one MM asks at 0.0015. All the other MMs ask at 0.01 or higher!
WLKNQ may rally to 0.17 to have same market value with ETLS or VCTY.
WLKNQ OS is only 19M shares in which only 12M shares are floating vs
VCTY has 125M shares OS and ETLS has 300M shares OS. Huge potential!
