I have been pondering this all day. I don't care to speculate about Hague's motives, but it seems he released the PR late in the day, so there would not be a morning "surge" that would have been unsustained, like we saw, but the buying pressure would have been to a greater degree if he released the article in the AM.
Although, as I have said in my earlier posts that this stock is purely PR-driven, Hague is trying to slowly rebuild the PPS until a deal is signed.
