just as socialism is rooted in marxist/communist doctrine, the corporation is rooted in free enterprise/capitalism....moreover, the corporate world has to be divided into two sectors....resources and consumer

Corporations are an ingenius invention. Imagine your ideal scenerio to control the world. As I said above, you don't want to kill the golden goose.......you can't be too oppressive.....build a nice cage...kinda like modern zoos. They allow someone to control all of a company while taking on half the risk....maybe even less if you know what you're doing. Look at it this way, what good is it to be king of nothing? Let people think they are free to be entrepreneurs, to grow businesses from scratch, even loan them money to "help them grow". They do all the work, and when they're "ripe", you pull the rug out from under them. By this time, they are over their heads in debt and are easy takeover targets. It's beautiful! The corporations are the barons and princes of the NWO.

those who wish to control will hit a "tipping point" when they try to tightly control the corporation...it's easier to do with resources; but, consumer goods is much more difficult....they'll "shoot themselves in the foot", so to speak... because the longevity of the state is predicated upon appeasement of the masses...(get rid of the masses and you have no labor market)

Yep. Put the plan into action slowly, incrementally. They don't want massive rebellion.....that kinda blows the psychology. They don't want the people starving. They want a self perpetuating system....keep the dream of "anyone can be rich" alive. No need for overt control on their part.......you do the work for them. They co-opt all the "Capitalist" dreamers. In the end, just as Fuld found out........you still take orders.

you can't build a long term successful Fascist/corporate state because the roles of government and corporate power are divergent......the corporate state is a contridiction in terms
