I agree with DEW's assesment, though I'm bemused and befuddled by the initial negative reaction as reflected in share price, down 4-5%.

Although the company had implied (and stated unofficially) that there was a possibility of partnership announcement before end of 2005, such was certainly not a promise and really much less important than continuing the process to regulatory approval. So, the PR today offers about all I could hope for, and keeps the company compliant with its promised timeline.

Is it fair to assume that GTCB has reached an understanding about study design prior to submitting the amended IND application?
