So, looking at todays action, I'd have to say that your targets were or should have been adjusted downward, based at least somewhat on those data. When you answered this question yesterday, it seemed that you were inferring that the market said "no, no big deal to continue having lots of new lows and few new highs." At least that's how I interpreted it. Todays action says "you should have been selling yesterday since this weakness continues."

I guess that's what you were saying when you went to 40% cash.
