Fund has a plan to return 10% of the funds net asset value on an annualized basis. This 10% could just be a return of your CAPITAL and not a true dividend.

Getting a dividend which is a portion of capital increase is more what we are looking for.

Notice that the stock has dropped from $10.00 initial investement to $3.91 over 20 years shows that it is for the most part just returning your investment.
