Sorry if you can not put pieces together but really it is not that difficult to understand. Obviously Anna was referring to Lee Cole ignoring her request which I am sure she is being truthful. However the fact that Lee Cole started a power struggle with Kevin and Anna and Cole decided to ignore them and hide the money from them is a lot different than Fraud and stolen money.

By the way Anna seemed to have no idea what was going on and that was her point and why she quit. Anna never said there was fraud and Anna never said the share count was higher than what has been stated. Clearly now we have a little more info than Anna did at the time of her letter. By the way do you really think Lee Cole thought he had to answer to some x-porn actress. I doubt it. However it looks like game over for Cole now.

Sure, EGMI has been hit hard from all this BS by Cole's powerplay, but it's a lot differnt than fraud.
