I disagree 100% with both Stonehedge and Rawnoc.

It seems quite clear that there was a power struggle going on and Lee Cole decided to cut the US off including Anna. That explains why this whole mess happened. To think that there was outright fraud like fake bank accounts and double the amount of shares then stated is pure false, without any merit, speculation which is not supported by any facts at this point.
