Geithner was in charge of the NY Fed when TARP was passed but all the money was not dolled out and there were additional TARP funds for AIG that went to Goldman Sach after he took office in which 100% of the Goldman Sach's bet was paid when they said to AIG we'll take less.

Paulson should be in jail for the lack of oversight, requirements, and what we got in return for the TARP Funds
