The picture is not the issue. I sell promotional products for a living and can arrange privately custom labeled bottled water production runs for less that $3000 and we arleady know the minimun cost for a custom receipe soda run can be done for $50K

I can do all that on just on of my credit cards. But what I can't afford to do is put together two semi professional racing teams and race several seasion at estimated costs of $500k to $1 mil dollars or more. It doesn't make sense to spend that type of money for $53k in product

So now the question is why hasn't BW filed and account of these cost. If those racing teams win they get prize money and could actually be profitable and especailly if the have paid sponsors other than us.

Telling us that we get free national coverage by paying for his racing teams is a conflict of interest plain an simple. This is not Pespi that needs to contsantly increase it market share and for every $1 mil the spend on TV adds the make $3 mil in profits.

Instead of paying drivers to run around the track he should be paying drivers to race around town and deliver our goods and get them on store selves that will sell products.

I talked to the owner of my local seven eleven just the other day and told him of this whole situation and he told me why don't you order some cases and I will put them on the selves for you and you can see if they sell and he would give me the profit. I asked, Don't you have to have some kind of national contract or go through corporate and he said no. He said something 60% of the stuff in his store is bought locally and sold directly to him the owner. He told me for Chistsake that if I wanted to I could sell my own brand in his store. or the 7 other stores he owns, I just need to get off my ass and deliver him some product...LOL how hard is that. New relaxtion drinks that start after we did and in his store now. One he said comes from this guy that the company ships a pallet to every two weeks and he loads up the back seat up his KIA and drives to all the local stores. He now has a delivery VAN. That brand does not have one racing team, they put all their money into getting the product on the selves and they are a private company.

He then went on to say the biggest problem start up brands have is the can't afford to get the product on the selves. He said the ones that succeed focus on their local market first and make that succesful first the go out from their.

I don't want to see pictures of break room fridges or bait shop coolers. I want to see pictures of BW unloading product from the back of his race truck in front of a 7/11 all sweaty like. instead all I see is pictures of him at the track.

Weve been sponsoring this race promotion idea for a year now.. at what point do you decide it is not working
