Any guesses as to how much dilution? An extra 100 mil. shs, for example, would net 170 mil if the 70 mil. on 10q is correct.
That would be a 140% dilution. Taking the supposed .14 egmi was estimated to make in '09 you end up with .06 eps which would translate to .60 at a p/e of 10. The 100 mil. shs. might raise
15 mil. or so for the company. While share dilution is critical,
it may not kill the company, as long as the actually do have
a viable business model.
