I am here because I am a stock holder....the value of my stock holdings is $1.36 at the current share price which is approx 799 shares. I suffered the last revers split, it came without warning.

I was directly lied to my management, duped, conned, swindled, ripped off, then to top that off.........that what occurred (reverse split) was in share holders best interest.....as stated my management!

So I shall remain here...."in my best interest"!!!
