Yes you are correct, I just noted that JB is linked to company as the Registered Agent for the company. JB is also listed as VP for Investment Nation on the Florida Corp website. These filings just indicate that he is involved with several companies which is part of the goal of JB Consulting, Inc.

Investment Nation's founder Jeffrey Montange was/is involved with Stephen Carnes and Jared Hochstedler (ESSO). His Investment Nation web site mysteriously closed for awhile after an SEC indictment of ESSO and Carnes...it's now been re-worked and appears to still be promoting the same scam companies? http://investmentnation.com/

Most of Montange's clients......ESSO, MIKP, BEDA and IPWG.... are POS pinky scams formed by Carnes....IN has 'produced', for public consumption, 'unverified' promotional crap in return for shares (from the indictments it looks like some shares may have been unregistered)....they had no problem with releasing the kind of interviews no legitimate news service would release without first verifying the legitimacy of the info IMO. http://investmentnation.com/
