You're wrong to assume that you dump say 2 million and will absolutely have the opportunity to buy them ALL back 20% cheaper. Very, very few traders actually do better than a prudent buy, accumulation, and hold strategy. Heck, I remember someone on here who recently dumped 3 million shares at .0120 convinced that they would be able to buy them all back below a penny in a couple of days. Whoops!
