Probably a correct guess I think. As an addendum, while all are supposedly stubbornly fighting for what they believe is in the best interest of the company, ironically, they lose sight of the stockholder who takes it in the A** for 90% of the value of the company. SO Now for the victory and now KD comes riding in dressed up as a Knight on a White Horse to save us.

A Greek tragedy--I would have preferred a little less stubborn and an earlier compromise.
