How can you say it has nothing to do with QASP. If it goes with the CET and it has nothing to do with QASP then how do you explain the part below in bold. I know you've done a ton of DD(so you say)...so are you saying CET has nothing to do with QASP and it's a JV that Dean is problably dumping shares to fund but will have nothing to do with qasp. Really won't surprise me to see something like that from Dean!!!!!!
