wbmw....and, this is not intended to be glib....if the experts were truly experts...why are we in this mess?

why can't they extricate us from the crisis?

my answer: they're not really experts....OR, as I alluded to in another post, the answer lies outside their area of expertise....maybe, the observations of the past and the remedies are inappropriate for a 21st century environment
