how many times do I have to repeat this to you ? You are being partisan . The deal that was worked out was worked out by the company and the union. there is nothing more to say about it .

Any other company with union employees is the same AND it always has been the same. You make a contract with someone and you want to change it .. well .......you have to negotiate .
