they have NO business as lenders...that's the excuse to encroach...let the company fail without the loan....that's the way capitalism is supposed to work...

Capitalism has NEVER worked that way in THIS country. Government has always been there to give a leg up with subsidies tax breaks etc. & regulations or the lack of them to help provide business/companies to continue to enable their success . That's the American Way !!!

I'm not sure about his .. but I read somewhere that in the great depression they let the banks go and that it just didn't work out so good .. people jumped out of windows . .. and killed themselves in various other ways.. NOTHING works independently in business and government .. there are many many things to consider before taking any action . .. or non actions.
