Well unless they've got super voting preferreds we don't know about or something else unknown, they've lost voting control of the company as far as I can see.

Question is, who are the big shareholders, or controlling shareholders now?

As a Nevada Corp, the directors can control some things without a vote, but not everything.

By rights all beneficial owners over 10% should be filing Form 3, 4 and 5's with the SEC, Pink quoted or not.

That's something else that will have to be filed before any move to BB will happen. Then we'll know who owns what.
