HR3400 is "DEAD".....c'mon, that must be an Obama-Pelosi inside joke to post that as a reference to the current health care bill.....
that's why I said.....it's laying under papers on her desk....that was squashed immediately!!! It's tied up in "committe"....never to see the "sunlight"

If that's it, then you're missing the point. Yes, the original HR.3400 in its entirety never made it to vote. However, pieces of the bill were still merged into and voted within the bill that Obama signed into law.

Again, I have to ask: are you passionately debating the data that I have presented, or are you just nit-picking on certain pieces? Said differently, do you still doubt that Republican ideas made it into Health Care Reform law - which would imply that you are doubting the data - or do you accept it and wish to debate something different?
